MYSTIKA.BYPAU does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once item has been delivered. Please contact mystika.bypau@hotmail.com to file an insurance claim. 

MYSTIKA.BYPAU is not responsible for re-shipping a package if you have entered the wrong address. Please take the time during checkout to ensure the correct address information. 

MYSTIKA.BYPAU does not take responsibility for shipping carrier delays. 

Processing times for all orders is anywhere between 2-6 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

if you receive a damaged package you must email mystika.bypau@hotmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos, order number, and we will work with you to reach a solution.
